Tricia M. Gasparine is an associate in the law firm of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. Prior to joining McManimon & Scotland in July 2005, Ms. Gasparine had been an associate with the firm of Wolff & Samson, PC, since her admission to the New Jersey Bar in 2000.

Ms. Gasparine graduated cum laude both from Villanova University in 1996, and from Seton Hall University School of Law in May 1999.

Ms Gasparine has seven years of specialized experience in all areas of public finance. While at Wolff & Samson, Ms. Gasparine participated in virtually all of the firm’s public finance transactions and was the primary firm contact on many transactions. Ms. Gasparine has primary responsibility for preparing transaction documents and also attends to transaction pre-closings and closings, acting as bond and tax counsel in numerous transactions involving State and local issuers, including the State of New Jersey, the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority and the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency.
