David J. Gittines is an associate in the law firm of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. Prior to joining the firm in December of 2008, he worked as an associate with Scarinci Hollenbeck in Lyndhurst , New Jersey.
Mr. Gittines received his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from the Seton Hall University School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Maryland , College Park in 1993. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Gittines held various positions in the fields of non-profits and market research. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey .
Mr. Gittines’ focus is in the practice of litigation, primarily in the areas of insurance defense litigation including auto negligence, PIP law, commercial lines and Title 59. He also has experience in mass tort litigation.
