Ronald J. Ianoale is a member of the firm of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C., a general practice firm with special emphasis in the area of public finance. He received his Juris Doctorate in May 1984 from the Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia , Pennsylvania , and an undergraduate degree in accounting from that same University. In 1984, he was also admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars. Mr. Ianoale has represented numerous school districts, municipalities, fire districts, sewerage authorities, and county improvement authorities in connection with their capital financing requirements.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Ianoale served as a public school administrator in the State of New Jersey . His last position was Assistant Superintendent for Business for a large suburban school district. In his capacity as a public school administrator, he developed special interests in school finance, construction, and labor relations. He published a study entitled "The Effectiveness of Fact Finding in Labor Disputes for New Jersey Public Schools" (May 1980) in conjunction with his obtaining a Doctor of Education degree from Temple University. Mr. Ianoale holds the New Jersey public school certificates of School Administrator and School Business Administrator .
Mr. Ianoale is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania . He is an officer with the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys. He has lectured before numerous state professional organizations in the area of municipal and school finance. He has also published several articles on municipal finance.
The attorneys of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. are associate business members of the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials (NJASBO). Mr. Ianoale is the former President of the Associate Business Members of NJASBO.
Finally, Mr. Ianoale is a member of the Board of Trustees of Rowan University, Glassboro , New Jersey . He currently serves as that Board's Chairman. Mr. Ianoale is the former Chairman of the Rowan University Foundation Board.
