Erin K. Law has been an associate with McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. since 2005 and practices primarily in the fields of redevelopment, economic development and public finance.
Since joining the firm, Erin has assisted various municipalities and redevelopment agencies through all the stages of the redevelopment process including the creation of an agency, area designation, plan creation, and redeveloper designation. Erin has also works with various entities through to the negotiation and execution of redevelopment and financial agreements. Additionally, Erin also has experience with the creation of revenue allocation districts. Erin has experience representing various borrowers in the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Financing Program.
In 2001, Ms. Law graduated from Douglass College of Rutgers University with a double major in Political Science and Administration of Justice. Ms. Law attended the University Of Maryland School Of Law and graduated in 2003. During law school, Ms. Law served as a Teaching Fellow for the business faculty. Erin is licensed to practice in Maryland and New Jersey.
