Jaime R. Placek has been an associate with the firm of McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C. since April 2006. Prior to joining McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C., Mr. Placek most recently served as an Assistant Attorney General in the State of Nebraska, holding the position of Chief Litigator for the Consumer Protection Division.
In 1993, Mr. Placek graduated from Doane College with a triple major in Political Science, Business Administration and Psychology. After college he attended the Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated in 1996. Mr. Placek’s practice is focused primarily within the Firm’s litigation group.
