Ms. Sheridan-Cona joined the firm in April 2007 as an associate in the Public Finance Department. Prior to joining McManimon & Scotland, L.L.C., Ms. Sheridan-Cona was a sole practitioner where her practice primarily involved civil litigation and general practice. Prior to entering private practice, she was Vice President and Associate General Counsel in the Litigation Department of Merrill Lynch.
In 1994, Ms. Sheridan-Cona received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University with a Major course of study in Pre-Law and a Minor in Criminal Justice. She worked as a Public Finance paralegal at the law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, and later was an Employment and Securities Law paralegal in the General Counsel’s Office at Salomon Smith Barney, while attending law school. Ms. Sheridan-Cona received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and was admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations in 1999.
