FROM NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE
New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 15E. Follow signs for Raymond Boulevard/Newark going around the curve and staying to the right. At the light, bear right onto Raymond Boulevard. Follow Raymond Boulevard for about 2 miles. You will come to the railroad trestle at Penn Station. Go under trestle and make the right immediately after into the parking garage.
There are two entrances to the parking garage. You will not be able to exit the garage the same way you came in. This exit is for monthly parkers only. You will exit on the opposite end of the parking garage. Proceed to the stop sign which will take you directly to Route 21 North (McCarter Highway).
FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAYNORTH (via Route 22 East)
Garden State Parkway North to the Route 22 (Exit 140). Take Route 22 East towards Newark. You will see a sign for Route 21-Newark. Follow Route 21 North (McCarter Highway) for about 2 miles. Proceed under the walkway and pass through Raymond Boulevard. You will see Don Pepe’s Restaurant immediately on your right hand side. Turn right onto Cherry Street and go to the stop sign at the end of the street. Turn right at stop sign and proceed to the parking garage.
FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAYNORTH (via Route 280)
Garden State Parkway North to Exit 145 (Newark/the Oranges) and follow directions for Route 280 East (below).
FROM ROUTE 280 EAST
Take Route 280 East to Exit 15 (Route 21 South). At the end of the ramp, make a right onto Route 21 South (McCarter Highway). Follow McCarter Highway for about 2 miles. Don Pepe’s Restaurant and Riverfront Plaza will be on your left and Seton Hall Law School on your right. Make a left onto Raymond Boulevard. At the first light, make a left turn into the parking garage.

FROM HOLLAND TUNNEL
Take Holland Tunnel (access from Canal Street) and proceed to Pulaski Skyway on the Jersey side. Continue on Skyway to exit (on the right) marked "Newark & the Oranges". Continue on this road into Raymond Boulevard for 2 miles until you reach the railroad trestle at Penn Station (Bus terminal is on far left). Go under trestle and make first right immediately after trestle into the parking garage.

You will exit on the opposite end of the parking garage. Proceed to the stop sign which will take you directly to Route 21 North (McCarter Highway).
FROM ROUTE 80 EAST
Take Route 80 East to Route 46 East to Route 3 East to Route 21 South (McCarter Highway). Go approximately 3 to 4 miles on Route 21. Once you see Don Pepe's Restaurant and Riverfront Plaza (pink building) on your left and Seton Hall Law School on right, make a left on Raymond Boulevard. At the first light, make a left turn into the parking garage.

FROM ROUTE 78 EAST
Take Exit 57 and follow the signs for Route 21 North. Proceed for approximately 2 miles on Route 21North (McCarter Highway). Proceed under the walkway and pass through Raymond Boulevard. You will see Don Pepe’s Restaurant immediately on your right hand side. Turn right onto Cherry Street and go to the stop sign at the end of the street. Turn right at stop sign and proceed to the parking garage.
